At the Villa we only hold one event at a time, so during your event you enjoy the estate exclusively! Weddings including ceremony and reception enjoy up to 12-hours of facility rental. In general, Our event hours are weekends until midnight and weekdays until 10pm.

In and around the beautifully manicured estate are multiple options for indoor and outdoor nuptuals to take place. The Villa even boasts an inclement weather backup--just in case Colorado's unpredictable weather strikes on your special day!

Not only can the Villa comfortably seat 200 guests for your wonderful ceremony and reception, but guests also enjoy onsite parking, wheelchair accessibility and valet availablility year round. Rain, snow or sunshine your event goes off without a hitch!

At the Villa you are more than taken care of! The site fee includes a one-hour rehearsal prior to your event as well as planning and coordination services ensuring your event represents your uniqueness and runs perfectly from start to finish.

The Villa is unlike anything in Colorado with its classic charm, beautiful archways, dark wood accents, Spanish tiles, terra cotta roof, and warm earthy tones! Take your guests and escape into the Italian countryside.

The Villa has our own elegant china, base linen and audio visual packages available. No need to rent! We also have the perfect tables and chairs; dark wood chiavari chairs for reception and white wood ceremony chairs for you to use in-house! We also have tables in an array of different sizes, shapes and heights, perfect for your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception!

You won't be dressing in a broom closet at the Villa! We have large and inviting suites, perfect for a relaxed morning of getting ready. Furthermore, Villa provides storage before and after your event so you don't start your wedding day off or end it hauling decor, presents, attire and more in or out. Relax. We will take care of you!

The Villa was voted the "Best Garden Venue" by Brides Colorado Magazine. Not only is this place beautiful on the inside, but our mature landscaped grounds, flower-ladden courtyard, fountains and tree canopied patio overlooking panoramic mountain views completes the outdoor wedding of your dreams.

We have widdled down our Preferred Partner list to represent some of the best vendors in Colorado. Although you are only required to work with our catering and rental providers, our list of vendors is made up of people who go above and beyond for your event. Our free monthly tastings aide largely in the planning process and we hope to see you in attendance!

Villa Parker is just 20 minutes south of Denver, overlooking historic Parker. Guest accomodations are provided by the Denver Marriott South and include wonderful room block rates, shuttle services and a fantastic resturant for rehearsal dinners or a morning after breakfast.

The Villa does not discriminate against any union, for any reason! A few welcoming options available in-house, include Kosher catering options, onsite chuppa available and space for mandaps.
